Been experiencing this “bug” for awhile now, possibly even from PR 1.0 (can’t remember for sure). I have absolutely no idea how to put it into words, which is why I made this video. It happens occasionally… but rebooting usually fixes it, although occasionally, it can occur twice/three times in a row even after a reboot.
