Google strangely didn’t help much when trying to figure this one out. Most sites tend to define greatest based on genre; which is fine most of the time, until someone just wants to find out all of the great female vocalists genre notwithstanding. So here’s a little attempt to put together my own list – and hopefully grow it slowly as I discover more who are worthy of this list.
